The Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program (SATOP) can offer up to 40 hours of FREE technical assistance to small businesses, utilizing the engineering expetise of NASA and participating Alliance Partners (NASA contractors or Universities). SATOP encourages economic growth by transferring Space Program knowledge to the private sector.
